Doctor Home Visits වෛද්යවරයකු නිවසට පැමිණීම
A doctor with an MBBS qualification visits your home. All consultations are carried out under the supervision of a senior doctor registered with the Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC).
MBBS සුදුසුකම සම්පුර්ණ කල පුහුණුවන වෛද්යවරයෙකු ඔබේ නිවසට පැමිණේ. සියලුම ප්රතිකාර ශ්රී ලංකා වෛද්ය සභාවේ (SLMC) ලියාපදිංචි ජ්යෙෂ්ඨ වෛද්යවරයෙකුගේ අධීක්ෂණය යටතේ සිදු කෙරේ.
- Clinical examination and symptoms analysis රෝග ලක්ෂණ විශ්ලේෂණය සහ සායනික පරීක්ෂාව
- Diagnosis and basic treatment for common illnesses සරළ රෝග සඳහා රෝග විනිශ්චය සහ මූලික ප්රතිකාර
- Medical prescriptions issued වෛද්ය බෙහෙත් නිර්දේශ නිකුත් කිරීම
- Advises on admitting to a hospital or specialist consultation if needed අවශ්ය අවස්ථාවල රෝහල් හෝ විශේෂඥ වෛද්යවරුන් වෙත යොමු වීමට උපදෙස්.
- Monitoring of the patient's condition (BP, blood sugar, etc.) රෝග ස්ථිතිය නිරීක්ෂණය (රුධිර පීඩනය, රුධිර සීනි ආදිය)
- Recommending required blood and urine tests අවශ්ය රුධිර සහ මුත්රා පරීක්ෂණ නිර්දේශ කිරීම.
Nurse Home Visits හෙදියක් නිවසට පැමිණීම
A trained and qualified nurse visits your home to provide nursing care, carry out prescribed treatments, and support recovery — at a more affordable rate.

Home Visit Fee
නිවාසට පැමිණීමේ සේවා ගාස්තු
A home visit fee is charged for every visit to your location. This fee is mandatory.
ඔබේ නිවසට එන සෑම පැමිණීමකටම නිවසට පැමිණීමේ සේවා ගාස්තුවක් අය කෙරේ. මෙය අනිවාර්යෙන් ගෙවිය යුතු වේ.
Transport Fee
ප්රවාහන ගාස්තුව
Transport is charged at Rs. 100.00 per kilometre. Charges apply separately for the outward and return journeys. This fee is mandatory.
ප්රවාහන ගාස්තු කිලෝමීටරයක් සදහා රු. 100.00 කි. යෑම සහ ඒම සදහා වෙන වෙනම අය කෙරේ. මෙය අනිවාර්යෙන් ගෙවිය යුතු වේ.
Other Charges
අනෙකුත් ගාස්තු
A waiting fee is charged for the time the professional stays at your location. Any additional services (injections, dressings, saline, sample collection, etc.) are charged separately on top of the visit, transport, and waiting fees.
රැදී සිටි කාලය සදහා රැදී සිටීමේ ගාස්තුවක් අය කෙරේ. සියළු අතිරේක සේවාවන් (එන්නත්, තුවාල වලට බෙහෙත් දැමීම, සේලයින්, රුධිර පරීක්ෂණ වැනි) සදහා නිවසට පැමිණීමේ ගාස්තුව සහ ප්රවාහන ගාස්තුව සහ රැදී සිටීමේ ගාස්තුව ඉක්මවා වෙනම අය කෙරේ.
When There Is More Than One Patient at the Same Location
එක් ස්ථානයක එක් රෝගියෙකුට වඩා සිටින විට
The home visit fee is charged separately for each patient. The transport fee and waiting fee are charged only once. Treatment charges are billed separately per patient.
නිවසට පැමිණීමේ ගාස්තුව එක් එක් රෝගියාට වෙන වෙනම අය කෙරේ. ප්රවාහන ගාස්තුව සහ රැදී සිටීමේ ගාස්තුව එක් වරක් පමණක් අය කෙරේ. ප්රතිකාර සදහා ගාස්තු වෙන වෙනම අය කෙරේ.
Availability & Response Time

Acceptance of visit requests depends on the availability of the requested team. Response time may vary. We will confirm before dispatch.

Not for Life-Threatening Emergencies
ජීවිතයට තර්ජනාත්මක හදිසි අවස්ථා සඳහා නොවේ
For emergencies (chest pain, loss of consciousness, severe difficulty breathing), call 1990 or proceed immediately to your nearest hospital.
හදිසි අවස්ථාවල (පපුවේ වේදනාව, සිහිය නැතිවීම, දරුණු හුස්ම ගැනීමේ අපහසුතාව), 1990 අමතන්න හෝ ළඟම ඇති රෝහලට ඉක්මනින් යන්න.
Please note: If any service, however minor, is provided to a patient, the full home visit fee will be charged separately for that patient. The home visit fee applies to every patient who receives any service, regardless of the nature or extent of the service provided. We do not transport patients.
